We offer a Money-Back Guarantee for clients who follow our process sincerely, but still don’t see visible inch loss or weight loss. This guarantee exists to eliminate risk for those who are genuinely committed to improving their health.

✅ Eligibility Criteria – You MUST meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Minimum 45 Days of Active Participation
   You must follow the program consistently for at least 45 days from your official start date.
• Daily Tracking Chart Submission
   You must submit your completed daily tracking chart/photo showing food, habits, and weight updates – minimum 30 days of tracking.
• Before Photo (Front + Side)
   Submit a clear before photo (both front and side angle) within the first 3 days of your program.
• Measurement Book Filled
   You must record your starting measurements (inches + weight) before starting and regularly update them.
• Starting Survey Form
   You must fill out the official Starting Survey Form (provided on WhatsApp) within the first 3 days.
• Attendance in Weekly Live Support Calls
   Attend the weekly Zoom support calls or watch the replay within 48 hours.
• No Visible Result Despite All Efforts
   Even after following the above sincerely, if there is no visible inch loss or weight drop by Day 45, you are eligible to apply.

❌ Refund Will NOT Be Applicable If:

• You skip tracking or submit incomplete/inconsistent updates.
• You did not submit the Starting Survey, Before Photo, or Measurement Book.
• You stopped following the plan midway or took breaks in between.
• You did not attend calls or ignored communication from the support team.
• You raise a refund request after 45 days.
• You complete or consume the full 90-day course.
• Your goal was unrealistic (e.g. expecting 10 kg loss in 2 weeks).
• You purchased with intent to test and return (unethical behavior).
• The Money-Back Guarantee will not be applicable on the 1-Month Course & Half Course. It will only be valid on the full 3-Month Course purchase.
• The money-back guarantee will only apply if you purchase the complete course customized and prepared by us. If you customize or modify the course on your own, the money-back guarantee will not be applicable.
• Before starting the course, your weight must be checked once, and then it should be checked again only after completing 1 full month.
  If you check your weight in between or check it daily, the money-back guarantee will not be applicable.

• Our team will verify your progress, sincerity, and documentation within 5 working days.
• If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• You are eligible for 1-time refund only per person.
• Guarantee is non-transferable to any other person.
• Refund will only cover course fee paid (not courier or delivery charges, if any).
• If found violating or manipulating the system, no refund will be processed and future access may be blocked.
• We will only accept sealed pack products for return and refund the amount for those products only.
  To get a refund, it is mandatory to send us the sealed pack products.
  Used or broken seal products are not refundable.
